If you would like to establish a wholesale account, please read the terms below and fill out our credit application
| New Wholesale Accounts: |
To establish NET 30 Terms:
Submit Credit Application.
Submit Resale Certificate.
Submit current copy of Seller's Permit.

We will review your application and get back with you regarding your account within 5 business days. If your wholesale account is approved, we will send you an email with your password to use our wholesale online catalog. |

We accept payment by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. |

Shipping: |
All orders are shipped FOB Eugene, OR. We offer our products to be shipped to US and Canadian customers only. All US purchases will be shipped UPS which offers a 2-3 day service to most destinations. Canadian shipments will also go UPS. All orders over $500.00 are initially charged 5% for freight. After actual freight is determined, your account will be invoiced accordingly or credited the difference. |

Back Orders: |
Your order will be processed within 5 business days, unless an item is on back order. Back order items will be automatically shipped when available. |

Return Policy: |
Inspect goods upon receipt. Report shortage, damage, or defects within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible. |

Minimum Order: |
Wholesale minimum is $1,000.00 for first time orders and $250.00 on re-orders. Wholesale orders are subject to a 1 to 5 week processing period depending on our order load. |
